Your Yoga Teacher at Elysium is Serena Valentine, owner of the Yoga Centre in Dorking, Surrey, Elysium Holidays and professional Yoga Teacher. Serena was trained by Simon Lowe, one of the world’s leading yoga teachers and owner of the Yoga Academy Teacher Training Centre.
Serena specialises in teaching beginners, Hatha Yoga, therapeutic Yoga and Yin Yoga.

We work from the ground up, exploring movement, stability and posture. The Green Room comprises a twin-bedded room, fitted wardrobe and its own private terrace. Its own private ensuite bathroom with bath / overhead shower and bidet.
The Serenity Room
The Serenity Room houses an ornate Antique double bed, one single bed and antique French style bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. French doors lead onto the outside terrace. Stunning views over Mount Carche and the surrounding countryside of vineyards, olive and almond trees. Outside table and chairs to enjoy your early morning coffee, or a late-night glass of wine.
